The American Samoa Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) Program is seeking public comments on its State Plan 2020-2023 Modification. The four-year State Plan represents an agreement among the core partners identified in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and serves as the framework for developing public policy, fiscal investment, and operation of all workforce educationand training programs. The U.S. Department of Labor requires states and territories to review and submit modifications to their State Plans at the two-year point that reflect any changes in the labor market and economic conditions, or other factors affecting implementation.

Public comments regarding this Plan will be Closed April 22, 2022 at 6pmSamoa Standard Time (SST). All Questions and Comments should be submitted in writing by email to: denise.tuitoelau@hr.as.gov or steve.lefiti@hr.as.gov
